Foundation skills for work and further training

Max Solutions RTO works closely with employment service providers, workplaces and community organisations to help people improve their language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills. Through the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program, we help people move into work or further training.

What foundation skills change

Foundation skills set individuals up to succeed in study pathways, giving them the groundwork to start further training and finish it.

For people already in work, stronger communication and comprehension reduces misunderstandings on the job, improves retention and lifts productivity.

A participant's experience

Jake came to the SEE Program to build his confidence. He left more comfortable working alongside others and expressing his own ideas.

"The SEE Program has given me a strong foundation and shown me that with commitment and persistence, progress is always possible,” says Jake.

He is moving into further training next.

About the SEE Program

The SEE Program is funded by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and delivered by Max Solutions RTO 0667.
