Farah's Journey from AMEP Student to Volunteer Tutor
Farah has come a long way since joining our Adult Migrant English Program. She's now advanced enough in her English language proficiency to give back as a volunteer tutor, mentoring and supporting new participants as they begin their own language learning journey.
Farah is furthering her education at TAFE, taking the next step on her training pathway toward long-term career goals.
Her journey is a powerful example of what the AMEP is designed to do:
• Build functional English language skills for everyday life and work
• Create pathways into further education, vocational training, and employment
• Foster social connection and community participation
• Empower participants to lead and give back to community
Thank you, Farah, for inspiring our learners, staff and community!
The AMEP is funded by the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs. Max Solutions RTO 0667 is subcontracted by Navitas to deliver the program.
