Celebrating the opening of our new site in Springvale, VIC 

On 30th July 2026, we celebrated the official opening of our new site in Springvale, VIC where we deliver the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program. 

The opening ceremony was officiated by Sofie Ridwan (Victoria State Manager) and Bill Mollison (Assistant Director – Skills Programs) from the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.  

Springvale, located in the South East Melbourne Peninsula region, is home to a highly culturally and linguistically diverse community. Delivering the SEE Program here directly responds to local needs, while our partnerships with community networks build trust and engagement—supporting economic and social inclusion across the region. 

As Bill Mollison notes in this video, our new site's location—close to public transport and community services—removes key barriers to access, making the program more reachable for the people of Springvale.
