Celebrating Dina’s Journey into Employment Through the SEE Program

Dina in classroom

A milestone worth celebrating

The Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program helps participants build foundational language, literacy and numeracy skills to support their employment and everyday life goals.

We’re celebrating Dina, one of our SEE Program participants, who successfully gained employment in April.

Building confidence in the workplace

Dina is now working as a cleaner in a school, where she proudly shares: “I speak English to people at work a lot.”

Her growing confidence in using English at work reflects the progress she has made through her studies and highlights the practical impact of her learning.

Balancing study and work

Dina continues to diligently attend SEE Program classes during the day before heading to work in the evenings. Her dedication to balancing study and employment demonstrates her strong commitment to building a better future for herself and her family.

Looking towards the future

Dina is passionate about helping young families and is determined to strengthen her writing skills so that she can create documentation to support others in her community.

Her goals reflect a broader ambition, not only to grow personally and professionally, but to use her skills to make a meaningful contribution to those around her.

Proud to support Dina’s journey

We’re proud to walk alongside Dina in her journey and are confident that she has much to offer her local community.

Program funding and delivery

The SEE Program is funded by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and delivered by MAX Solutions RTO 0667.
